Welgelegen Studio is a small self-contained unit that can be booked for short stays for up to 2 guests. For long term rentals, it is suited for 1 person. With direct garden access to Villa Oak, next door, it is possible to include the Studio on a long term basis in the communal living concept of Villa Oak. The studio features a fully fitted kitchen and has limited storage and wardrobe facilities. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and single basin. Welgelegen Studio is centrally located in Mowbray, within walking distance of UCT, and close to the M3. Laced Coffee, a lovely spot for breakfast and coffees, is just around the corner.
