The terracotta tiled, open-plan kitchen features a large dining table with benches and is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. On a cooler evening, simply sink into one of the living room’s large sofas in front of the fireplace.

The apartment's balcony offers views of the Eastern base of Table Mountain towards the iconic Rhodes' Memorial. With a fully fitted kitchen, this open plan apartment provides an excellent base to explore the city and its surrounds. The Loft has a private entrance and secure garage parking.

This light-filled self-contained studio is a great alternative to a traditional B&B or a student pad. It is available for short and long term rentals. The Garden Cottage offers access to a lush and well maintained garden. It can sleep 2 guests for short term stays. For long term rentals it is suited to accommodate 1 person. For student rentals, the studio can be rented as an extra bedroom of Villa Oak.

Villa Oak is a fully furnished free standing house with a lovely garden in a quiet road in Mowbray in Cape Town. It is a home full of charm and character with wooden floors throughout. Situated within walking distance of UCT, it is ideally suited to communal living for students, but also for young professionals. On this basis, it can accommodate 4 tenants in 4 bedrooms of various sizes. Both Welgelegen Studio and the Garden Cottage can be added to the rental to allow up to 6 people in 6 bedrooms and share the social spaces and facilities.
Welgelegen Studio - Cape Town

Welgelegen Studio is a small self-contained unit that can be booked for short stays for up to 2 guests. For long term rentals, it is suited for 1 person. With direct garden access to Villa Oak, next door, it is possible to include the Studio on a long term basis in the communal living concept of Villa Oak. Welgelegen Studio is centrally located in Mowbray, within walking distance of UCT, and close to the M3.
