Based in Cape Town, we are at the heart of things and get to meet most of our clients in person on arrival in the Mother City. The exciting part is choosing the destinations and we plan the journey together with you. Then, we take care of the nitty gritty and the work that goes on behind the scenes. Odlum Travel & Tours is an independent Africa travel specialist, and we work closely together with our travel community across Southern and East Africa to provide you with a special journey. 

On a daily basis, we research places from the comfort of our desk, meet with lodge owners and attend workshops and tradeshows. But nothing beats first-hand experience. So, we head out as often as possible to sleep in the beds, cycle the routes, sample the food (and wines), go on horseback across the Kalahari, canoe with hippos, and admire the silhouette of an elephant as the sun disappears beyond the horizon.
