Renovated in 2018, the Garden Cottage is a lovely alternative to a traditional B&B or a student digs. The French doors of this little light-filled studio open up to Odlum Lodge's lush and well maintained garden. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and a single basin. A traditional, fully furnished bedsit, it offers a seating area, kitchenette, and ample wardrobe and storage space to allow for long term stays for 1 person. For short stays, it is suited to 2 people. The Garden Cottage is centrally located in Mowbray, within walking distance of UCT, and close to the M3. With direct garden access to Villa Oak, next door, it is possible to include the Garden Cottage in the communal living concept of Villa Oak for long term rentals. Laced Coffee, a lovely spot for breakfast and coffees, is just around the corner.
