Villa Oak is a fully furnished freestanding house with a lovely garden in a quiet road in Mowbray in Cape Town. Situated within walking distance of UCT, it is ideally suited to communal living for students, but also for young professionals. On this basis, it can accommodate 4 tenants in 4 bedrooms of various sizes. Both Welgelegen Studio and the Garden Cottage can be added to the rental to allow up to 6 people in 6 bedrooms and share the social spaces and facilities. One bedroom in Villa Oak has an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share one bathroom. There is a separate guest toilet and an extra outdoor shower. The rental includes garden service and housekeeping once per week. Villa Oak is rented out as one unit, and the primary tenant is responsible for the monthly rental. Laced Coffee around the corner is open Tuesdays to Saturdays and serves delicious cakes and savory treats.
